Okay, fess up.
Mar. 6th, 2006 11:17 pmWho sent me a burn dvd of the Renart the fox movie? In French? I'd suspect Dronon - it's indubitably "Dronon-level Bad" - but there was no return address, and the stamp wasn't obliterated so I can't even have a town or province to use as reference...
On the site above, click the "user reviews" to see how many deem this a clunker. It's bad. It's SO bad... Not only full of clichés, but has two Deus Ex Machinas at the end, plus a closing musical number where everyone sings and dances to the Bus Stop remix of Kung Fu Fighting. Not to count the numerous bits that would make this movie banned in English North America, especially as this is meant for little kids. Cultural differences, I know, but never so... blatant...
...so so so horrible... Luxemburg movie all animated in 3D Max... looks like and rips off several video games... hurts the brain. Never see it if you see it. Don't subject your kids to it. Please, for all that is holy, pleaaaase leave it alone...
