Routine change
Jun. 3rd, 2009 01:02 amSuddenly, the words "laundry" and "groceries" have become... a challenge. (Reason: 4 flights of stairs each way for the former, 3 for the latter.)
It's not the first time for me, and it's always a good reminder of what it is for the numerous people who have it far, far worse than I do, and permanently.
At least I'll strengthen upper body muscles a bit. They can use it...
