I needn't have worried.

The ceili had plenty of people in their 40s, and even a few in their 30s, mixing things up much better.

I once again got some compliments on my dancing, and a major ego-boost as some nice 45-ish woman thought I was 25. The double-take when she heard my age cannot be faked. :)

I forgot my running shoes at work. I'm an idiot. My feet will hurt so much on Sunday, using only my dress shoes for practices...
